I wished there had been some outdoor sitting on the beautiful summer nights I was there.

Very nice hotel, was upgraded to a King suite with fridge, etc.

This hotel was very clean and modern with very friendly staff. We were very late coming in and the front desk manager was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The swimming pool was the best thing about this hotel.

The restaurant was horrible. Both the service and the food were sub par.

From the time we tried to check into this hotel we had problems. When we finally checked in we went to the restaurant to eat, as the kids eat free. The waiter seated us, didn't give us any children's menus, and was not very friendly. There were only two tables in the restaurant including ourselves and it took 40 minutes for us to get our food. When the food finally arrived it was inedible at best. The hamburgers my niece and I ordered were charred on the outside and completely raw on the inside. The waiter did not charge us for them but we chose not to eat them either for fear of getting ill. The next day housekeeping did not get to our room until 3:30 pm, and by that time we had already been gone all day and were ready to stay in and relax. Location is great, many family members.

Someone used our room while we were away visiting family.

I'm very disappointed, not sure how a previous guest could still the room while we were away. Otherwise I really like the hotel. An unfortunate bad experience.
